Product characteristics
Black masterbatch products of polyester fiber: it is made of polyester material as carrier, adding high pigment carbon black, pigment dye, carbon black dispersant, processing aid, etc. through twin-screw dispersion and mixing.
1. It has good dispersibility, spinnability, long spinning cycle and high blackness;
2. Effective content of toner: 31% ± 1.0;
3. Intrinsic viscosity: ≥ 0.30, melting point ≤ 250 ℃ DF ≤ 0.2MPa;
4. The reference for normal black color ratio is 3.0% - 4.0%, supper black color ratio is 6.0%-8.0% and the specific ratio is determined according to the needs of customers.
Product application
According to the usage and product characteristics, it is subdivided into common sliced spinning fiber black masterbatch, fine denier fiber black masterbatch, melt direct spinning fiber black masterbatch, island silk fiber black masterbatch, BOPET film black masterbatch, profile (sheet) black masterbatch and special customized fiber black masterbatch.
