Description
Flame-retardant masterbatch: A halogen-free flame retardant based on organic phenylphosphinic acid aluminium. This product achieves flame retardancy through the condensed phase. Upon exposure to fire, it cross-links to form a stable carbonised layer and isolation layer on the surface. The protective layer provides thermal insulation, reducing oxygen ingress and preventing molten polymer droplets. It exhibits high flame retardancy efficiency in polyesters and does not corrode moulds during extrusion.
Applications: PE, PET, PP. It offers excellent flame retardant performance and processability, making it widely used in industries such as electrical cables, automotive components, and building materials. Additionally, it is employed in flame-retardant fibres, flame-retardant wigs, and flame-retardant non-woven fabrics.
