I. Basic Knowledge of Conductive Masterbatches
Conductive masterbatch is a composite material composed of conductive fillers and base resin. Common conductive fillers include carbon black, metal powders, conductive fibres, etc. These fillers form an electronic conductive network in the material, improving its conductive properties. The base resin provides good adhesion and protection for the conductive fillers and also acts as a reinforcing agent, giving the conductive masterbatch good physical and mechanical properties.
II. Application areas of conductive masterbatch
1. Plastic Industry: Conductive masterbatches are widely used in plastic products, such as anti-static packaging materials, conductive fittings, and conductive sheets.
