Description
UV-resistant masterbatch: UV-resistant masterbatch offers numerous advantages: excellent film transparency, high clarity, and visible light transmittance of 90%; superior UV blocking performance, with UV blocking efficiency ≥99%; excellent weather resistance, and free from toxic or harmful substances.
UV-resistant masterbatch is produced by dispersing UV absorbers using nano-dispersion technology. The UV absorbers are composed of organic and inorganic nano-materials combined with polymer materials. Also known as UV-resistant masterbatch, fade-resistant plastic masterbatch, or UV-blocking functional masterbatch, it absorbs UV rays in the 200nm-380nm wavelength range, thereby shielding against UV rays and protecting items from fading, ageing, and other issues caused by prolonged UV exposure, thereby extending the product's service life.
Suitable for: PE, PET, PP. Application products include geotextiles, ropes and nets, marine buoys, home appliances, etc.
